NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at its regular meeting at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday June 16, 2025, at the North Fire Station, 39250 South Highway 1, The Sea Ranch, the North Sonoma Coast Fire Protection District, shall conduct a public hearing to consider the adoption of a Resolution setting the fiscal year 25/26 District Appropriations Limit.
A copy of the Resolution being considered for adoption may be viewed here, or most days during regular business hours at the North Fire Station, 39250 South Highway 1, The Sea Ranch, California, for inspection and comment and prior to the hearing on June 16, 2025.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the North Sonoma Coast Fire Protection District of Sonoma County, pursuant to the provisions of Health and Safety Code Section 13893, will hold a public hearing on June 16, 2025 at the time of 10:00 a.m. at the Sea Ranch North Fire Station, 39250 Highway 1, The Sea Ranch, California to review and adopt a Preliminary Budget estimating and determining the annual amount of money required by the District for fiscal year 25/26. A copy of said Preliminary Budget may be viewed here, or most days during regular business hours at the North Fire Station, 39250 South Highway 1, The Sea Ranch, California, for inspection by any interested taxpayer.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on September 17, 2025 at the time of 10:00 a.m. at the Sea Ranch North Fire Station, 39250 Highway 1, The Sea Ranch, California, the District Board will meet for the purposes of fixing a Final Budget for fiscal year 25/26 for the District at which time and place any taxpayer may appear and be heard regarding the increase, decease or omission of any item of the budget, or for the inclusion of additional items. A copy of the Final Budget being considered for adoption will be available on the District website, http://nscfpd.org, or most days during regular business hours at the North Fire Station, 39250 South Highway 1, The Sea Ranch, California, for inspection and comment prior to the hearing on September 17 2024.
